The house is located in a peaceful residential area in Northern part of Hoffman Estates, IL which is a suburb next to Schaumburg, IL. A car is needed to get around.It is near the corner of Roselle Blvd and Algonquin Rd in Palatine, IL (we are part of the Palatine Township).

Rental Requirements
- Absolutely No pets.
- Non-Smoking tenants only. No smokers of any kind. This includes smokers that say they only smoke outside. No smokers are all.
- No overnight guests.
Rental Terms
Rentals are month-to-month and require a $649 security deposit. All rentals involve a personal intake process. Accepted tenants sign a written rental agreement.Who’s here?
